I’m really excited about this one and hope that lots of you join in. This is a new feature on EdgyKid, each season we will be running an amazing, not to be missed, competition. This time we want to find the EdgyKid of the Autumn!
Show us a kid with attitude and style and we’ll put them before our panel of judges on 20th November 2010. This panel of judges is very special as they are all between the ages of 4 and 10.
What do your kids love to wear at the moment? Have they got hats and scarves on yet? Have you found the perfect winter coat? We’ve still got some really bright sunny days at the moment so is it all about the layering? Email hello@edgykid.com and send us a picture with your child’s name and a comment about their style or what they’re wearing. Alternatively, post to our facebook wall and we’ll transfer all entries to our blog. The winner will be sent a t-shirt from one of our fabulous designer kids clothing brands for ages 2 to 12.
Join in the fun and just to get us kick started, here’s a picture of my daughter Macy giving some attitude! By the way, she is not an entry to the competition.

“This is Shannika (age 4) in the middle, with her brother and friend. Shannika loves to wear pink, here she is wearing her pink jeggings, frilly checked dress and her favourite cropped pink denim jacket”, Kirstie (Shannika’s mummy, @kirstielu)

“Seren (age 9) has always been opinionated about what clothes she wants to wear, she loves to put ‘funky’ separates together to create her own individual outfit. Her cousin and friends are always asking her to style them!” (Seren’s mum, @LianneD2)

Nicholas (age 3) is sporting a cool khaki parka, stripey top and a cheeky grin. (Sent in by godmum, @Marketing_Jen)

Hippy chick Lottie (age 7) has the gift of accessorising and a girls favourite colour….pink! (Sent in by godmum, @Marketing_Jen)

“Jake does American teen style so well at just 9 years old – he loves the casual denim and oversized T-shirt look!” (JT’s Mum, Sam)

“This is Kieva (age 21 months). She is wearing her new raoncoat and wellie boots. She loved running through the fallen autumn leaves but mummy managed to get her to stand still just long enough to take the pensive shot” (Kieva’s mummy, Kirsten)
