How do I order?

It’s very simple to shop online at Edgykid.com. We have given you the option to shop by brand, garment or boy/girl. Once you find the item you wish to purchase, select size and quantity and click on the add to basket button. You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking on go to checkout. You will be taken through the checkout process step by step with clear instructions.

 

How do I know if an item is in stock?

If an item is in stock, you will be able to add it to your basket. Out of stock items are indicated on the drop down box when selecting a size.

 

Can I get hold of an out of stock item?

If you still want to see if we can get hold of an out of stock item, please email us at hello@edgykid.com and we will try our very best to get hold of it for you from our suppliers.

 

Can you explain your size guide?

Our size guide translates the sizing used by our brands to their recommended age groups. Brands have different ways of sizing their products so we have simply put their size against the age they recommend that it fits. Our size guide can be found as a link on each product page above the drop down box for available size options. If you want more specific measurements, then please email us at hello@edgykid.com with details of your request.

 

Why doesn’t my promotion code work?

Promotion codes are only validated if you register with us.

 

Why do you have to register to use a promotion code?

We want to reward our customer when we can, so this gives us the opportunity to keep you updated of new arrivals and upcoming promotions. If you don’t want to receive any of these emails, simply email us at hello@edgykid.com and we will make sure you are removed from the database once your current order has been processed.

 

How soon can I get my order?

Standard delivery is sent by First Class, Signed for Royal Mail post. Under normal circumstances, you should receive these goods the next day or at least within 3 days. Express delivery is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or  courier so that next day delivery is guaranteed. For more details, please see our ‘Shipping & Delivery’ policy in the 'Customer Service' page.

 

Are my credit card details safe and secure when I shop online at EdgyKid.com?

We understand the requirement to feel secure in your online shopping experience and have adopted measures using our best endeavours to ensure this is possible. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts data before it is sent to protect it from unauthorised use. Credit card details are not held anywhere on our site or systems and details are processed directly by our trusted Payment Partner, Sage pay.

 

Do you have a gift wrapping service?

All orders are sent out beautifully wrapped in tissue and Edgy Kid stickers. If your purchase is being sent to an address other than your main one, we will send the invoice separately to your main address so the recipient will just receive a parcel with some wrapped up goodies inside.

  

What if I want to return or exchange something?

We have a no quibble return policy so there is no right or wrong reason for returning goods or requesting an exchange. We ask that you return goods with your copy invoice giving a brief reason for return and details of any exchange required. Any information you give us will help us improve our service to you. What if you don’t have my exchange request in stock?

If we don’t have the item you want in the size you want we will advise you by email and refund the cost of the items returned. If you still want us to try to get the item you want from our suppliers we will attempt this, and if successful will send this to you free of any delivery charges.

 

How do I contact Customer Service?

Please send any requests, complaints or plain and simple feedback to hello@edgykid.com and we will respond to your query within 24 hours. You can also use the quick enquiry boxes on each product page and please make sure your email address is correct so we can get back to you.

 

I’ve forgotten my password?

In the top right hand corner of the screen you can click on ‘account’ or ‘log in’ to take you to the signing in page, then enter your user name and click on the 'Submit' button in the ‘Forgot your password?’ box. We recommend that you use your email address as a username and a password will be sent to you immediately. You can always change this password to a more memorable one once you have signed into your account settings.

 

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletters, announcements and promotions?

Please send an email to hello@edgykid.com and we will make sure your details are removed from our system.

 

Will my personal information be passed on to any third parties?

The short answer is no but if you want to see our Privacy and Security Policy, please visit our 'Customer Service' page for more detail.

 

Where do I go to leave a review?

Reviews are much appreciated and help others to decide if they want the item they are looking at. They also help us get the best products in future buying expeditions! We just ask that you visit the site again, select the product you purchased and complete the ‘Quick Enquiry’ boxes. Complete the boxes, giving yourself a nickname if you like, (we never use your complete personal details, just a first name, nickname and town or region), give a short summary review or  a more detailed review in the bigger box if you wish. Click on the ‘Submit ’ button and we will upload your comments onto the website. Our latest reviews and customer comments can be found on the ‘About Us’ page.

 

Will EdgyKid.com have promotional offers?

Of course we will....sometimes there will be offers open to anyone that visits the site and sometimes there will be offers only made available to registered customers. You will have to register to use any discount code but if you don’t want to receive any other emails from us, please let us know at hello@edgykid.com and we will remove you from the database once your current order has been processed.
